1. Conditional use of this Site and participation in events related to Regroupement des Personnes Handicapées Région Haut-Richelieu (RPHRHR)

   Your access and use of this site and its content (the “Site”), as well as participation in events organized by the Regroupement des Personnes Handicapées Région Haut-Richelieu (the “Regroupement”) and donations made to the Regroupement are subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use and all applicable laws (collectively, the “Terms”). By accessing and using this Site, you (the “User”) agree to these terms without any restriction or qualification. Please note that the Regroupement may change the information on this Site and / or these Terms at any time without notice. The User should regularly review these Terms for all changes.

   The Regroupement respects concerns about the protection of personal information (the “Personal Information”) of the User.

3. General restrictions

   The User may use this Site for personal, non-commercial or informational purposes only.

   The User may not use any third-party resemblances, nor the names and / or properties without the express permission of this third party by written authorization.

   The User may not send material on the Site which is illegal, harmful (including viruses), threatening, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, indecent or profane, or which could constitute or encourage a violation of any law.

   The Regroupment may revise, modify, or delete Material Users that are sent to this Site, but are not obligated to do so.

   The Regroupement may cancel any registration (s) or account (s) on this Site at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including in the event of technical problems, irregularities or abuses occurring.

4. Conduct of the User

   All information, text, images, audio, video, drawings, names, logos, trademarks, data, code or any other information, material or content of this Site transmitted by a User, whether publicly or for private purpose, sent by email, transmitted, downloaded or otherwise submitted to the Regroupement through this Site is the sole responsibility of the User.

Specific Content such as articles, photos and images, is subject to the copyright of their respective owners. All rights reserved.    The Regroupement seeks to make the Site and its Content reliable, however errors may occur. Therefore, regardless of anything else on the Site or under these Terms:

   Use of the Site is at your own risk and is provided to the User “as is”, and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Regroupement disclaims all liability for the Site and shall not be liable for any damage resulting from statements, errors or omissions on the Site, content infringing the rights of a third party, viruses that may be transmitted to the user’s computer, a link to another site or its nature or its contents, or any other question concerning this Site and the use of the User of it.

7. Donations

   The Regroupement has committed to all the rules and regulations regarding tax receipts set by the federal and provincial tax authorities. Your donation is appreciated. All donations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

8. Other Sites

   This Site may contain links to other sites that the Regroupement does not own or operate. The Regroupement does not control and is not responsible for these sites or their content, products, services or privacy policies. By downloading content from certain sites you risk infringing intellectual property rights or introduce viruses into the User’s system. The User must be aware when the User leaves this Site of the privacy policies and conditions of these other sites.
